To maintain a seamless and elevated experience for every guest, the following policies are strictly enforced:

Deposits

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Booking Services

Please ensure all desired services are selected at the time of booking. Due to scheduling limitations, no add-on services can be accommodated during your appointment.

Punctuality

Guests are expected to arrive promptly at their scheduled appointment time. If you anticipate being late, please notify at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

Grace Period & Late Fee

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after the grace period will incur a $20 late fee.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will have their appointment canceled. A new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling will require a new deposit to book again.

No Call / No Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price and will be blocked from booking future appointments.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
